Rules of Entry

1. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must have read and agree to the terms and conditions for the Store Specials website ( you must tick that you have read and understood the conditions when you Register ).

2. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must have read and agree to the terms and conditions on this page for the Store Specials Prize Draws ( you must tick that you have read and understood the conditions when you Register if you wish to participate in the Prize Draws ).

3. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must Register with the minimum registration requirements - Username ( a valid email address ), and password and then proceed to login with those same registered details.

4. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must also provide a Screen Name at the time of registration so that if you win, your Screen Name appears in the winners list. ( Usually a Screen Name is not your real name. Usually Screen Names are monikers or nick names that do not show the Users identity directly ).

5. Browse the Store Specials Site for between 10 and 12 minutes. ( While you are browsing you can earn points from Product Views and Searches ( Read about MyStoreSpecials ^TM Rewards ).

Details of Entry and Determination of Prize Draw Results

1. When you have browsed the Store Specials site for between 10 to 12 minutes in a day you will be eligible for 3 Concurrent Prize Draws.

2. For example if you browse the Site for 11 minutes from 8:55am to 9:06am you will be eligible for Prize Draws at 9:30am, 11:00am and 12:30pm.

3. If the Prize Draw draw-time is less than 20 minutes from the time that you completed your 10 to 12 minutes browsing, then you will not go into the next Prize Draw but the Prize Draw subsequent. ( This is done for security and technical reasons and we apologize for the complication and / or inconvenience ).

4. For each of the 3 Prize Draws you are in, all entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. If you win a Prize Draw you will be notified by email and the result will show in your Profile page.

6. To collect your Prize from any Prize Draw you must provide Store Specials with your Full Name and Address, including Post Code and State.

7. When your Full Details are given to us as requested, we will send you a confirmation email. That email will have your address as provided to us. As a way of ensuring correct identity and delivery you should then confirm those details if you want your Prize sent to you.

8. We will then send your Prize the next business day.

9. If you have been in 3 Prize Draws in a single day, but wish to enter again on that same day, then you are permitted to meet the requirements again and you will be entered into up to 3 more Prize Draws on that day depending on the time that you browse and the time of the last draw. The last Prize Draw is usually around 11:00pm and browsing requirements must be met by 10:30pm to be entered, at least, in that Draw.

10. There are no carry-overs for Prize Draw entries to the next day. So, for example, if you meet the requirements to be entered into the 11:00pm Draw alone, you will not be able to carry your 2 other Entries to the next day.

Terms and Conditions

Terms: The "Statistical Base" of the Prize Draw is "one person on one device with one account on any browser equals one entry".
General Notes: The storespecials.com.au site is an Australian site and is directed at Australian Customers for Australian Retailers so International Residents are exempt from Entry in Store Specials Prize Draws.

1. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must be an Australian resident with a valid Australian postal address, no international addresses or international entrants are accepted.

2. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must not seek to either gain advantages from, or to change the "Statistical Base" chance of an any individuals chance to win, nor the probability of winning outside of the algorithms decided and implemented by Store Specials which assure the "Statistical Base" of the draw.

3. Neither groups nor individuals are permitted to leverage or manage multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning by virtue of weight in numbers or through committing a change to the "Statistical Base" chance of the Prize Draw.

4. Store Specials offers each User one User Account which may be used for Entry. Two or more concurrent Accounts are not permitted for entry into a Prize Draw under any circumstances.

5. User Accounts used to enter the Prize Draw must be used only by the registrant of the account and only representing themselves while attempting to gain Entry to the Prize Draw.

6. Business entities, agents, intermediaries and managers of multiple accounts are, no matter the circumstance, not eligible for entry in any Store Specials competition or Prize Draw.

7. An exception to this rule is possible for entities, agents, managers or intermediaries ( but never guaranteed, nor made indefinitely ) where it can be shown that a multiple account manager, intermediary, agent or business is representing a special needs groups and:

7a. complete prior request has been lodged before entering any Prize Draw.

7b. The Individual(s) making the Request have never entered more than one Store Specials Prize Draw each, and,

7c. Store Specials has been provided with sufficient, cogent and complete evidence that the Requestor is acting non-deceptively, fairly and definitely in the way that has been requested and for the stated "special needs" group in the Request.

8. To be eligible for entry into any Store Specials Prize Draw you must not attempt to register entry with any more than 1 User Account for each Prize Draw, nor use any more than 1 connecting electronic device with another concurrent Logged-in Account(s) ( which implies that you are not attempting to enter the Prize Draw with more than one Account ).

9. Store Specials offers each Person one entry in a Prize Draw and no other condition except where explicitly declared alters that condition of entry.

10. Any attempts to view, alter, change, hack, forge, copy, falsify, distribute, tamper with or deny the ordinary running of the Prize Draws, it's code, the Store Specials website, Store Specials web site services or any Store Specials Business Operations will be regarded as a breach of the conditions of Entry punishable by Australian and International Law and prohibition from all future draws and from entry onto the Store Specials website.

11. Storespecials provides the Prize draws to site browsers on the basis of increasing traffic on the Site with valid Users, and offers a reasonable and equitable chance of winning to each person. Breaching this "Statistical Base" rule will result in a breach of these conditions that will be punished under the full weight of Australian and International law.

12. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the full revocation of all Prizes to the entrant, both past and pending. Further, if a winner is found to be complicit in any way in attempting to subvert the stated statistical premises ( "Statistical Base" using either social, technical or other means ) of the Prize Draw offering, StoreSpecials will require all Prizes be returned at full expense to the ( now invalid ) Prize Entrant.

13. Any attempted hacking, forgery, falsification, tampering, denial of network or service efforts, transgression of the conditions and rules, provision of false information or misrepresentation will be punishable under Australian Law and result in breach of the conditions of Entry.
